Henry VIII and "Friends"

For the show in NY this fall I knitted Henry VIII and his 6 wives.  I'm very happy to have them finished!  Here they are all together.  Both Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard are beheadable, which I managed to facilitate with plumbing fixtures and magnets.  It took me a while to figure out, but I'm hoping my new found beheadable plush ability might come in handy in the future.

AAHAHAHA... I LOVE the fact they're beheadable! Congratulations, that's the best thing I've heard all day, and thank you for sharing the secret :)

Is there blood/red where the head comes off?

What's the show you made them for?

Beautiful work, well done.

They're for Luvable Hugable in December. There's a little bit of red felt where the head disconnects. I wanted to make them a little more gruesome. I tried paint, but it rubs off easily when the head slides on and off. I'm still perfecting my beheadable doll skills.
