He's my favorite plushie that I've made yet... and he's a whopping 32" long! He doesn't fit in my lightbox, hehe. The tusk stays straight due to some rolled up cardboard, surrounded with batting so it's still soft. It was really tricky making the tail... I sort of made up everything as I went along, using pictures of narwhals from the internet. For my plushies I typically look at animals, and look at other toys I have to see how to put pieces together, and just see where it takes me. I have a lot of fun along the way!
