Plush Exchange

I've been thinking for a while about hosting a plush exchange. The only thing I love more than making softies, is collecting work from others. Unfortunately, I can rarely afford to buy the work of all you lovely plush-makers. But...I can trade! The exchange would work fairly simply. After I have the names of those interested, I would draw and send you the name of the person you're sending a toy to. You would then have..say...3 weeks to complete something? We could have a deadline to get the toy in the post. A few days later you'd get a surprise package of your own! To make it more interesting, we could have a theme. I was thinking it would be fun to make plush that relates to where we live. I live in the mountains of North Carolina, so I could make a toy related to the snow, or skiing, or hillbillies, or maybe an animal native to the area, like a rabid raccon....you get the idea. Let me know if you're interested. If I have enough people, we'll make a go of it.
