I crocheted the Discworld

I've had this project on the go for months. Terry Pratchett is my favourite author and what better tribute than to make a crochet model of the world he invented?! I put a lot of time into the overall design and getting all the landmasses correct on the disc, and in the end it came together exactly how I'd imagined it in my head:
