Gone Fishing

Having had in my possession two Piranha Koi and promptly selling them thinking that they were two dangerous for me, I have since found a new love of the feisty little critters and decided to go fishing.

So there I was sitting on the board walk that goes down along side show ally, tackle box, fishing rod and silly hat covered in lures all ready for catching cute but deadly fish. I decided to lean over the side to have a look at them swimming around in the water…and for a second, just a second I thought how pretty they were, circling around like little coloured angels in the water. Then to my absolute shock and terror; in a flash of colour and splash of water two came flying out of the water straight for my head. I went hurtling back falling right onto my dairy aire. Sitting up in my dazed and confused state I looked over to find my hat and there they were; I had caught my first two Piranha Koi! and I thought I needed a fishing rod! Hehe…Apparently Yellow fin Piranha koi hunt in pairs and can jump up to 8 feet out of the water, the things you can learn with a little research.

One of these little devils has already gone to a new home but I still have one and if you want him he’s all yours…just remember to keep a lid on the tank.
