Large Forest Gremlin

Hi guys, :)

I recently completed a new character, the Large Forest Gremlin. These are much larger than the mini forest gremlin that I have previously made, standing 22inches from the tips of their ears to their toes!!!

The Forest Gremlin is a large, elusive gremlin that can be found in heavily forested areas. He is a mischievous chap and he spends most of its days collecting mushrooms and chasing small rodents. They work away collecting the large mushrooms, leaving the smaller ones for the mini forest gremlins to collect.

More photos can be seen on the Grumble Toy blog.

More Mini Bonhommes!

I have recently completed a few more Bonhomme minis and decided to take them to the park for some adventure. Here are a few of the pictures that were taken.......

The adventure ended when a giant hand swooped down and carried this little one away.

Hi everyone,
Its Ainsley from Grumble Toy here.
These are a couple of the newest mini plushes I have made. These little guys are headed off to Yellowknife so I decided they might need some boots and a scarf just in case it is chilly :)

These tiny little guys stand a mere 4 inches tall from head to toe.

Grumble Toy --- Dumbo Octopus

Hi everyone,
This is Ainsley from Grumble Toy.
I just finished a new plush creature today and thought I would share it with you all. It is inspired by the Dumbo Octopus found deep in the ocean.
However, this one only has 5 tentacles......... so I guess it is more like a penta-pus.

Grumble Toy

Hi everyone,
This is Ainsley from Grumble Toy.
I just finished a few plush that I thought I would share with you. The Mookie's were in the works for quite some time but they are FINALLY finished. I just completed my Bachelors degree in Science and finally have more time to dedicate to sewing.
There are 5 Mookies in total.

Check out the Grumble Toy blog for more photos.

The Kitty with boots is a new design. For some reason I just really wanted to make some plush boots.

Grumble Toy

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on the needle.org so I guess I should tell you a bit about myself. My name is Ainsley Sturko and I am from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. My partner Chris and I run a toy shop called Grumble Toy. (www.grumbletoy.com)

I just started making limited edition plush a couple of months ago. The first of these is a friendly snow gremlin called the Bonhomme of Winnipeg. The Bonhomme is an edition of 10.

I have also started making these fuzzy guys:

This guys name is Cedrick.

This is Mookie.

You can check out more photos of these guys on the Grumble Toy flickr account.

All of the plush that I make are inspired by my drawings and paintings. If you are interested you can check out my art at: www.ainsleysturko.com
